ORDER PROCESSING

NON PRESCRIPTION ORDERS

Non prescription orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding observed holidays). Once an order is dispatched, an email will be sent with order details and tracking information.

PRESCRIPTION ORDERS

Prescription orders will be processed by our optical lab within 7-10 business days (excluding observed holidays). Processing time for prescription orders will only begin once prescription information is received and confirmed for accuracy. Once an order is dispatched, an email will be sent with order details and tracking information.

Please note: some prescription orders may require additional processing time. These orders may include but are not limited to: high power (SPH/CYL), rimless/drill mount frames, custom tints, custom lenses, add ons(premium AR/scratch coatings). Please contact us for any specific inquiries regarding prescription orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order that has already been placed please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if processing has not begun yet. Please note: once orders have shipped or processing has started for prescription orders, we cannot issue a cancellation.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC ORDERS

FREE standard shipping is available for US orders $75+. Orders <$75 will be charged the following rate:

  • Standard shipping: $5.00

Shipping times may vary depending on service/shipping zone but will typically take between 1-5 business days (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories. The carriers we use include USPS/UPS/FedEx.

Signature delivery is available upon request prior to placing your order. Signature delivery may be added at no additional cost at our discretion if the total order value exceeds $200.

Please note: we are not responsible for any loss or damage once the package has been marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is available via UPS/FedEx/DHL for a flat rate of $30 for all international orders.

Shipping times vary depending on shipping region.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS/DUTIES INFORMATION

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to import duties/taxes/ additional customs clearance fees imposed by the receiving country. We are NOT responsible or liable for these costs as they are the sole liability of the recipient.

RETURNS

We offer a hassle free 14 day return policy on all of our frames for domestic orders. The return window begins on the day that your package is marked as delivered.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing charges. The restocking fee can be waived for exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, however we can provide a return shipping label upon request for a fee (market rate) deducted from the refund/exchange balance.

Please note that exchanged items as well as discounted/sale items are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns/exchanges.

Returned items must be in new/undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Any damages or missing items discovered upon receipt of the returned order will be subject to additional restocking fees.

All returns must be shipped within 3 business days of return approval. Returns that are not shipped within this time frame will be cancelled.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that some banking institutions may take longer to release funds into the receiving account.

Our return policy excludes final sale items and customized orders. Please note: we are not able to offer returns on prescription eyewear as they are custom made to order.

  • order number
  • reason for return (manufacturer defect, fitment issue, exchange etc)

We will respond to all requests within 1-2 business days.
