Refund policy
We offer a 14 day return policy on all of our frames for domestic orders. The return window begins on the day that your package is marked as delivered.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing charges. The restocking fee can be waived for exchanges on a per item basis.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, however we can provide a return shipping label upon request for a fee (market rate) deducted from the refund/exchange balance.
Please note that exchanged items as well as discounted/sale items are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns/exchanges. This includes all purchases made with discount /promo codes.
Returned items must be in new/undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Any damages or missing items discovered upon receipt of the returned order will be subject to additional restocking fees.
All returns must be shipped within 3 business days of return approval. Returns that are not shipped within this time frame will be cancelled.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that some banking institutions may take longer to release funds into the receiving account.
Our return policy excludes final sale items and customized orders. Please note: we are not able to offer returns/exchanges on prescription eyewear as they are custom made to order.

- order number
- reason for return (manufacturer defect, fitment issue, exchange etc)
We will respond to all requests within 1-2 business days.
